Lex Law Offices PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This policy describes how Lex Law Offices handles information when you use this website. Please do not submit confidential, privileged, or time-sensitive information through the website contact form.

Information you provide

If you submit an enquiry, the form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, and message. We use these details to receive, review, and respond to your enquiry and to maintain related business correspondence.

Contact form provider

The contact form is delivered through FormSubmit, a third-party form processing service. Information you submit is sent to that service and forwarded to connect@lexlawoffices.com. FormSubmit states in its documentation that submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. The service also applies CAPTCHA and other anti-spam measures by default; the form does not disable CAPTCHA. FormSubmit's own processing is subject to its policies and technical operations.

We retain enquiry correspondence in our mailbox and business records for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not control retention by email or form service providers.

Maps and third-party content

This website requests the Questrial font from Google Fonts when a page loads. Google may receive technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser information, for that request. The office maps on the home page are embedded from Google Maps and load automatically as they come into view. When your browser loads a map, Google may receive technical connection information; the map embeds are configured not to send the page referrer. Google's processing, cookies, and retention are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Hosting and technical information

The website host may process standard technical data, such as IP address, request time, and browser information, in server logs for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. The exact log retention period depends on the hosting provider's configuration.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently intentionally use analytics or advertising cookies. Third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technologies when you submit the contact form or when Google Maps loads. Their use is governed by the relevant provider's policies.

Your requests and questions

For questions about this policy or to make a request concerning information you submitted to Lex Law Offices, contact connect@lexlawoffices.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Requests concerning data held directly by a third-party provider may need to be made to that provider.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or its data practices change. The latest update date will appear at the top of this page.
